About Us
The Beaver Creek Golf League began in the autumn of 2003. It was then, over post round cocktails that Jim "Tank" Wajda, Tom "LA" Law, Dave "Old Man" Dibben and Troy "Larry" Carmichael discussed a league of their own, to quell their lust for golf and competition. In 2004, the Beaver Creek Golf League was born.
Inaugural invitations were extended to friends of these men that displayed an "uncommon" passion for the game, the action and the camaraderie. Over time the field grew from 24 to as many as 32. Some went on to distinguish themselves and become part of Beaver Creek lore and legend, while many others either surrendered or have been duly humbled.
